Heya guys.

I am looking around for a IRC Server that I can use for my site and I was wondering some things.

1) Is it better to just find a program and run it off my server or get another server dedicated to just the chat server?

2) What's the best program to run?

3) How hard is it if I run it off my own server(web host server) and how much of the resources does it take as well as bandwidth?

4) How much does it cost?

Thanks for the help guys. I will have more questions later. But for now, this will do.
