How do I?

How do I add a person that helps me maintain my forum to the list so he can download hacks here?
I have his email added in the members area of vbulletin.com and he can post on all of the forums. Now I need him to be able to access this site also.
Can anyone help me with this one?

Never mind got it figured out.

Can someone resend his activation email? It never got to him and while he shows as a member he can't post or anything.
Member name is Thinker.
