More Registrations

Right, I have customised the registration/signup page and was wondering if it was at all possaible for the user to automatically bypass the section where you must click Agree.

EG;

On My site if you follow this link - http://www.freelanceforums.com/forums/register.php?

you are presented with a screen that asks you to agree, to continue. I dont want this! I just want to go straight to the page where you enter your details ;)

I have searched the Hacks Db and cannot find one thing that will let me do this :(
