A ride at vBulletin.com... disappointed

I went and read some posts at vBulletin.com site. One of them caught my attention and I wanted to help the guy:

I really want your opinion on this. Did I say something to offend the guy? Maybe my English is not that good?
I specifically told to the guy he can't do it and that I was going to help him. Instead he yelled at me.

I agree with you, most people are very rude now a days when they cant have something they want. And that guy has always been a bit 'slow' Imo.

Reverend, I see what you're getting at. I said that sentence because it was the second time I was repeating myself.
Probably that triggered his defense, but I said it with no harm on it...

Also, I think because I don't go there at all, people don't know me and on his mind he probably said: who is this weirdo that is trying to tell me how do I do this and that?
What do you think?
