New posts problem
 

I don't know why, but for some reasons my NEW POSTS thing does not work. Well it shows me all new posts when I visit the forum on the next day for example.
But when I click on Show all new posts since my last visit it always says no matches found. When I get linked to the forumhome then, there are also no more new posts. Same is when I do a reply. All "new posts" which I haven't read yet are old ones now. :( Any suggestions?

i as well am having this problem i have tried playing with the forum home newpost template by changing the link to this of course this isnt solving the problem of all the forums being marked read after viewing only one post its just allowing me to view the posts for the day

i am open to trying any sugestions. this is just driving me nutz something bad if any one can PLEASE help us out. I know its got to be something simple just point us in the right direction.

now i have version 2.29 with only a couple mods to it advert management , colored online users and quick reply
and it still does as jean has listed above not sure when it start it has been doing it so long now my foru is starting to get alot of members and it is becoming a problem the longer it takes us to fix it

well i feel like I'm in a volleyball game getting hit back and forth, you guys send us ther and they send us here...does anyone know the answer to this on going problem with the "view new posts?" :confused:

Anyone figure this out yet? I have the same problem and its driving me nuts.
