hi i just got a vB and i dont know how to install it PLEASE help :disappointed:

Also, there is a great online manual at vBulletin.com member's area that will take you through the steps.

it wont let me into the member area why??

You must have your Customer Number and Customer Password which I think is bothed recieved in the E-Mail you get from James Limm(I think) after you have bought vBulletin.

i didnt get a vB psswrd or un can like someone go Copy and Paste it and like email it to me i really need to if somoen will install it for me i will be happy :)

Where should anybody here get your pass from m8? You got a mail when you bought it, and in that mail you will find your pass etc....

If you haven't recived the email yet then send an email to sales@vbulletin.com with the details of your order.

I don't want to jump to conclusions but it seems as if he hasn't actually bought a license yet.

my parents bought it for me cuz im too yung to buy it

You should already have the details to have added yourself to be able to post here. It would have been sent to the email address you parents gave when they ordered it.
