Restrict access to calendar in usergroup permissions

Well, this is a small hack, that lets you allow or deny access to your forums calendar for any usergroup.

If access to the calendar is denied, the specific usergroup won't even see todays birthdays in your index.php.

Well, someone on vB.com was asking how to restrict access to the calendar, so I came up with that hack. That's all.

NerdNations, the reason i asked for a calendar access hack,is because it seemed odd to me that you can deny a usergroup access to the memberlist, but there is no such access option for the calendar, considering the calendar also contains member names.

Well, I've been referring to this thread, when I said, that someone was asking for that.

100% agree. I've got the same thoughts, when I found out, that you can't deny access to the calendar.

I requested it too! And I overlooked Erwins fix. Thanks Stadler. Installing now :)
