I'm creating a gaming site. It's going to be a lot like ign
I Need
A Director Of Design

• You make the main design
• You get to boss all the other designers around.
• The content people tell you what they need, its your job to tell the other graphics people to make what the content people asked for.
• You are in charge that the graphics get done on time.
• You make the most money when the site starts to make some.
• I only need 1. The most qualified person gets the job.

Regular Graphics Artist

• You listen to the Director Of Design
• You make a lot of the buttons i.e: one of the content people just finished making a review, they want it on the mainpage. they tell the director of design to get you to make something like this
• It's not that much work, and you'll get paid a good amount for not doing that much work.
• I need about 5-10 graphic artists

Requirements

• Photoshop or Paint Shop Pro Experience
• You have to be good with PS or PSP

What You Get
Nothing now. This will eventually turn into a paying job once the site gets popular.
