star hack not based on post

I've been looking for one for ages. I found some, but all were based on how much post they have. But I am looking for one that admins/mods can award a star to an user for his/her performence, Not based on posts.

So does anybody know of one?

the code, where you have to add some lines in admin->index.php doesnt have those lines that you are suppose to find :(
