Save ALL attachments, all at once, on sepparate original files?

Since (I think) all the attachments to the forums are stored in a single table, is there any option I could add to the admin panel so once activated, all the attachments (or in given, user selectable, forums) are stored into a separate folder so I can download them all in their ORIGINAL FORMAT (i.e. ZIP, RAR, or whatever)?
