Sorta loads here...all I get is a blank black page even though it looks like all the HTML loads.
Edit: no, it just did take forever.

The colors are very reminiscent of [H]OCP or whatever the 15-year-old nerd hangout is...

Loaded up fairly quickly to me. Might have been the banner ads at the bottom which may sometimes slow down the site loading as they are within the forum tables.
