vBCode: Advanced Marquee Tag

I want to be able to use a tag like:
[marquee scrollamount=62 behavior=alternate direction=up]stuff here[/marquee]

Now I can't do that with standard vB, with just the one option tag! I need more! I know that this requires hacking, so that's why i'm posting here :p

So those of you who know a bit about vB code please help me out :eek:
