Quick response broke another hack, help!

It is up and running but now my diferent user groups that used to be listed under screen names does not show anymore. User Titles still work but on the line below that I need to show the user group as they paid for that status. Any help would be great. Running 2.2.2

When you say Quick Response, do you mean the Quick Reply hack? Also, you have a usergroup titles hack installed, am I right? What did you do exactly? Please post links to both these hacks so that we know what you are talking about.

Another thing: consider upgrading to 2.2.8 - 2.2.2 has a lot of security holes and is easily hacked.

I am in the process, I need this to get me through until version 8 is up

Title

User Group Status
For adding additional group based status and keeping member post based status.

User Status
Use this to override the default 'ladder' of user status titles

This is what it says in my CP under user group. Normally when I fill in the User group status or user status (can't remember which one unless I play with it), the user group shows up under screen name. User can still put a custom title as there are two lines below user name but above avatar. The upper line is custom title when they choose and the second line is the embedded Group name that only admin can change.

I also have this in the CP

Is Essexdriver a charter member? Yes No

when the radio button (not shown) is set to yes a yellow star used to show up under the avatar for this type of member. This stopped working at the same time.

I noticed when you put the user group in and make a post the user group name shows up under the login name. If you make another post using the Quick thing it wipes the user group name below the login name out.

As far as what was done before my old webmaster did it so I am not quit sure.

It's all bit confusing.

Do you mean that now, when you use Quick Reply, the usergroup does not show up, but when you use normal Post Reply, it shows up?

Moved this to Support.

yes, that is correct

That's strange because the Quick Reply hack uses the same newreply.php as Post Reply to work. The only thing I can think of is that you added something to the "newreply" template for the usergroup thing to work that you haven't add to the "showthread_quickreplybox" template. A hidden variable of some sort.

Do you make changes to newreply and showthread php's when doing Quick reply hack, I do not remember.
