Kind of pointless having to make guests login with a test account. You should either disable guest viewing or enable it properly IMO.

A few too many queries on the forumhome page IMO, you should try and keep it bellow 30 ;)

I like the rotating on.gif to show new posts too, makes it stand out from the default vB icons.

I'd also say make:

Administrator ? Supermoderator ? Moderator ? Member ? Banned

use <smallfont> it looks out of place at the moment IMO.

You've done a good job changing the QRB box to have the checkbox options with it, the textarea could do with being bigger though.

Perhpaps also make the Mod/Admin CP link and the User CP/Register link only appear for the relevent users?
