Navagation drop down

I would like to know where to locate a Template mod so I could have my navagation feature in a drop down like in the forum I linked below

Viewing the source I can see whats in the headinclude template, but I'm not sure what value is put into the forumhome template to call the script or what other new templates are needed.

Anyone help out here?

It could just be a hard-coded drop-down menu, in which case it's just HTML in your forumhome template, no hack needed.
