Copying Usergroups (inc forum permissions)
 

I'm sure I have seen a hack here that lets you copy usergroups and there related permissions. Has this been released or am I just compleatly wrong?

I don't recall such a hack...

I'm too lazy/busy to design a nice user interface, write installation instructions and give support for this hack, so I didnt release it as usual..

Actually, if you are wanting to copy the usergroup permissions, and not the forums permission, the one i use for that on setting up a new usergroup is here:

The one hellsatan references also ROCKS, but if you are using this to create a new usergroup and want to inherit settings from an existing one, the other is actually easier to use....i have been using it for a while now, and on 2.2.8, all is still working fine.

Both a great hacks which I can put to good use ;)

I am currently working on a better version of the permission since at the current time they are very limited.
