Help! Is my template table corrupt?

Hi all,

New to this site, hope I'm posting in the correct forum

I've been running my vbulletin forums for over a year now and recently discovered that I can't modify my templates anymore..

Is there anything I can do to fix this? Is it a problem in the database data, or the Admin CP php file? I'm running v2.20 and I plan on doing a complete site rehall very soon.. but I want to make sure this doesnt happen again.

When I click on Admin CP\ Templates\Modify I see this:
