help me! 2.2.7 vbull
 

I upgraded to 2.2.7 vbulletin.

I now have some bugs I can't track down.

#1 my 'mark thread as read' will not update the icon on the left side anymore.

#2 the user info on top of main page will not list the user avatar but the avatar still shows up within each post.

#3 - the 'users online' page will not list the users but does show where they are and their ip addy. (this one was fixed by reverting to older template).

Also has anyone had any luck installing the stars hack on this version? as you can see on my site www.xtremesystems.org/forums the original code has altered somewhat.

You need to re-install all the hacks you had before the update as they won't work anymore. I'd suggest upgrading to vB 2.2.8 as well.

yeah im not worried about the hacks right now but basic functions that exsisted before - don't work now... if you look at www.oc-forums.com - see there main page and how the avatar loads at the top - my site did that. now it will not load an image.

alright I redid most my hacks and was able to debug the probs i had with others..

I STILL have issues with my ''mark thread as read'' option .. it doesn't reset the icons on the left while still in the thread area but it does on the main forum page - anyone have a fix for this?

You need to upgrade to vB 2.2.8 or 2.2.9 when its released soon. 2.2.7 is neither secure or bug free.
