Newb Here, big question!
 
I was wondering how hard it would be, and how much time it would take to make a .php file that pulls are of a user's settings, like their style and stuff... I know I would have to edit something in admin/template.php to pull style stuff right? I just wanted to make a page that pulled the style things... just want an estimate on an almost complete newbie of PHP! Thanks!
