ignore/buddy lists won't work??

they seem to be trimming the first four characters off the username for some reason...help! i haven't done any modifications to member2.php.

i dunno if it'll work but first back-up your USERCP template then REVERT TO ORIGINAL!

i'm not sure you understood...when i click on "ignore list" or "buddy list" at the top of the user control panel and then enter a username and click "Update list", i get the following:

after entering "AzDon" into the field.

additionally, it doesn't give me an error when i try to add myself to my ignore list. it doesn't actually add it, but it doesn't give me an error either.

actually, it appears this is happening on *most* forms on my message board, and in textareas + signs are converted to spaces.
