An idea?
 

I was wondering if this is possible, it's a quite interesting idea imho. And I couldn't find anything about it when I searched (or I searched badly, in that case excuse me).

Idea:
Milestone posts, everytime someone makes a milestone posting it will show up in statistics or on top of your forum categories.

E.g.

500 posting
1000 posting
2000 posting
3000 posting
4000 posting
etc.

So everytime a user hits one of the milestones, the user's name gets displayed in the statistics part of your forum or above the first forum category. Or something similar like that.

Also would be nice to have a history file on this, so it shows which user hit what milestone?

Hopefully you like my idea, and someone can make this hack. Cause I'm honest enough to admit that I'm to stupid for it.

In general this will make your forum a bit more fun imho.

And I'm sorry if someone already posted this or something similar, in any case I couldn't find it when I looked for it.

Not exactly what you asked, but still can be useful, give it a shot..
