Send No. of PMs a month

Can someone find a way to make a hack where a certaim usergroup and the members in it can only send lets say a certain no. of PMs a month?

could get tricky... because time would be a factor... and i wouldn't really advise doing it this way... depending upon the situation will depond upon how many pms that they use per month... and what would you decide upon for the limit? regards...
