posting is gone wild...

firefly, every time i post everywhere i get a I AGREE window.. in Full Releases i understand, but even here in Site Feedback?

also, you should make it stored in database with a field. once the user agreed, it will not show anymore again.

It should only showing be in Full Releases, I'm sure Chen is working on it.

It will be shown every time a user posts a hack to remind them of the rules and make sure they follow them.
