how can i restore the backup thet i made ....
its 2 days now thet i'm try to restore the backup

You can ask your webhost to restore it for you.

Frankly I would find a new web host - and quickly!

I have heard of people using phpMyAdmin to restore the database one table at a time but I don't have any experience with that.

who needs the host to do a backup/restore?
if you follow my tutorial, you will make the best backups. as far as restore, is easy as 123.
