problems logging out...
 
Okay, My logout button doesn't work.

I know i know "clear your cookies" but that doesn't solve the problem for all my members, when they should just be able to click the logout button.

I believe i may have screwed up the code for the logout function somewhere, while installing a hack or something...

my question is, where is the code for this function kept? I can probably fix it from there.

I have the same problem now...I have installed some hacks, then I saw that I was not getting a new memebrs and members were not able to logout, so I read this, did what you said and still the same problem...Can't Log out!....HELP!....Thanks....

sounds like you have all installed a hack that changed your COOKIE domain, ask all of your users and make sure you too do it your self and CLEAR YOUR COOKIES, then RESTART YOUR BROWSER, and the problem should go away :)
