How do I change the "Location Line"
 

I want to edit the line at the top of the forum which says where you are. Is there a hack that edits it or something like that. If not, which template do I edit?

I've got another question too:

I've added the Welcome Panel hack, but for some reason, the PM box doesnt show up. I haven't edited anything around the $PMINFO variable.. anyone know what it might be?

well, you have to edit the navbar template.
the locationline is called navbar.

also you can edit the function makenavbar in admin/functions.php.

but you should know some files are creating there own navbar without using the function, so you have to edit more files ;)
