Moving Servers
 
I'm sure this has been discussed numerous times, but I did a search and couldn't find it. I desperately need to change servers. I have quite a few hacks. Is there a way to move the board without losing all my hacks? If you could direct me to a thread or something.

just download all files from your old server and upload it to the new one.

then download the complete database and upload on the new server.
you just have to edit admin/config.php no hacks would disappear

Thanks. What do you mean edit admin/config.php. What should I edit there besides my database info.

Edit your database info, the username and password for the database [if you change it that is..] and that's all...
