Need one single banner ad hack instead of 10 different ones

There are too many banner ad hacks and I have no idea which one will turn out to be what I need. will somebody create an all purpose banner ad hack?

Apply Dynamic Forum Home Announcements and instead of using the announcement box for announcements, put your banner code inside. If you want to display your banner under different conditions you can set conditionals too..
