vb on a free site
i saw a thread somewhere about using vbulletin on a free site, can someone tell me where it is? i might need it when my report card comes out...
someone? anyone?
I dont really understand what joo are talking about...
in a threaqd somewhere someone asked this befor. they talked about a free web host that supports vbulletin. like sign up for a free site and add vbulletin to it
Hmmm.. that might be a little hard to find. I know at VB.com they have alot of info on hosting.
But they don't allow talking about free hosts I think.

That's correct. vB.com does not allow free hosts discussion. I'm not sure about the policy here.
That is very odd oO;;
Do you know why that is Erwin? |
Because from experience, most vB running on free hosts are pirated - the feeling is that people who can afford vB can afford to host it. Mind you, this is obviously a generalization, and is not always the case.
My guess would be that most folks interested in free hosting, may not have taken that all important step of actually *purchasing* a license for vB. Or it could be some completely unrelated random reason, like an admin with an unexplained childhood hatred of words that rhyme with whee!
