Changing Style View?

Is there a way I can chnage the style of the site from lets say Red to Default.. even for guests that doesnt having anything to do with the admin cp?

well since I am so fast I figured it out...

and I will show how for fun

in global.php find

and replace with

and place this above any irequire("./global.php");
