Forum Rules in which template or php file do I find...

Hai there,
See my attachment please...I have translated the forum rules into DUTCH but wenn I disable a function is shows the word NOT...this is correct but I need to translate the word NOT into Dutch...so where or in which template-file or php-file can I find this textstring??? Plz help because I could not find it, thanx |
