better metatags
 

It would be nice to have more sophisticated meta tags for the benefit of search engine indexing. Sure you can set one set of metadata in your forumhome template, but how about having a separate set of keywords for each forum? Search engines love it when the meta tags are specific!

Assuming I add a couple rows to the forum database to capture the forum_keywords and a more detailed forum_description, what kind of template mods would it take to push that data into the header when that forum (or a post in that forum) is displayed?

Done for vB3 btw :)

A bit hard to do as it would have to be loaded in global.php as this is when the header and css is evaluated and loaded.
