Modify member record failure :(

Suddenly, when I try to change a member password, or change an avatar, the get the following:

This just started happening out of the blue, the last hack I installed was the "flags" hack a couple of days ago. Any suggestions would be MUCH appreciated.

Update: I can modify my OWN record, but no one else's.
Apache was upgraded this morning, if that matters?

probably PHP is also upgraded and that's your problem. Latest version of the PHP causes problems with vb ver. <2.2.6 so you need to upgrade your board to at least ver. 2.2.6

There is also a fix in vb.com but I couldnt make it work and IMO your best bet is to upgrade your board..
