Password email problem

Ok, guys, the "problem child" here is back. Here's what is happening.

When someone forgets a password and they use the option to get a new password, when they click on the link in the email that is sent to them by the site, it tells them that there email address is no good or not the one they signed up with. When I checked it, it was exactly the one they had signed up with.

Can anyone please tell me what might be happening to cause this?
