help with vbulletin templates
 

Hey there. I'm working on getting a template/style created to wrap vbulletin into my new site. I'm having some problems with some of the sub-pages and haven't been able to figure out where my code has gone wrong. (Mental roadblock of some sort.)

The url is: http://www.fencing101.com/vb/ and you can see what's messed up by going to the "faq" button. What it looks like is that the table cell for the content in 'faq' and 'members' is not wide enough and that the cell for the menu is stretching.

Here are my header and footer files that are in the style.

(Note - the menu links on the left don't work yet - still getting those pages converted)
