These forums are the best thing that has happened to my board.

This board has a wide selection of hacks and mods and I've implemented a lot of them. The membership base is great, more or less everything I have posted and asked has been dealt with. I am aware that people do this in their own time, so that makes it even more impressive.

When I first started out, I knew nothing much about PHP. Could do the basic modifications. Through this board and asking what some people would consider "Newbie" and crap questions, I got my answers. Never once was I made to feel in idiot. People seem to go out their way to make you welcome.

As for the general board. I user the "Green" theme which is my prefered one. I love the replies to messages in emails, I sincerely hope that hack remains private for this board, it's what helps it stand out.

Basically big thumbs up, from a generally quiet user on these forums, but one that has benifited.

You got me worried there for a second! I'm truly glad you enjoy and this board and find it useful. Stories like this are always great to hear! :)

Without vb.org I would still be with UBB...

However vb.org is here, so I'm not with UBB ;)

I only worked on a uBB because a friend had it, my first license for any BB was vB and it will be my last license :cool:

I used to use Ikonboard. Too slow.

I used Invision Board. Too fugly.

Bought vBulletin. Well, I can't describe just how GOOD it is.
