moving your vBulletin to a new database

is there a foolproof way for me to move my hacked vBulletin on my localhost to my online database, without losing, the style or the hacks installed???

If you upload all the PHP files ect in your vB directory on your localhost and upload a full backed up DB onto your host with the same name things should be fine, just change the URL etc in the Admin CP and any paths you had to enter for hacks.
