Welcome Panel/Active Users, etc Question

Hello guys, I just had a question about how to get for example the welcome panel hack and active users info to show up on all the vb pages? Right now I can only get it to show on the main forum page. Any ideas in what I can do to make it so on all the pages? Thanks.

You could put it at the bottom of the header ... of course, you'd have to remoev it from the forumhome so it isn't there twice.
