How do i backup my vbulletin to move to another server

first, i backup the database from the forums/admin and got a vbulletin.sql .. than i downloaded the whole directory of the vbulletin which is the forums directory..

is that all that needs to be done? or did i miss out something.. i am scare when i move to a new server i can't upload it up
