Possible to change a field number through phpmyadmin?

I just realized I have screwed up my boards by deleting a profile field. If I try to add it back, it doesn't work because it's not using the same field id. Is there any way to change the field id through phpmyadmin?

I don't have access to FTP right now, and I don't want to have to have the boards not working for that long.

Did you delete it from the profilefield table, or userfield table?
