How do I modify my bulletin board to look like my website>?
 
I would like to modify my Vbulletin to look like this, but I don't know how to modify the scripts and change headers, graphics, add graphics, etc. I reallly need help.

I would sort of like it to look like the html mockup I made.

All the graphics with the x on them are the custom graphics I will be putting on.
