It's not as fancy as Firefly's [;)], but it's free and works great. My users love it and has great features. I just put a link to it on my forum home page. The only con is that it's not integrated with vB, but I guess I could make it that way if I wanted...

There are a lot of free email packages out there. I use Squirrelmail (http://www.squirrelmail.org/) , just not as cool as the one Chen built.
