Changing rules

What template or file should I alter to customize the rules that appear when register.php is first loaded?

How can I also disable clicking of the Agree button for a few seconds or so to encourage reading of the rules - I saw it awhile back on another forum.

Vincent]For the template go to Admin CP > Templates > Modify > Template Set > signupverify. It won't be in any expand thing. Also for the agree button thing go here https://vborg.vbsupport.ru/showthrea...671#post269671 .
