Dropdown lists or list boxes for User Profile fields..
 

Hi, I've looked through the hacks and can't seem to find this hack - what I want to do is have 2 required fields where the users have to select their country & state / county and then this would get saved to the user profile fields.

I.e. For Country you would have something like

ID | Country
1 | UK
2 | USA
3 | France

etc...

Then when the user selects "UK" from the list, 1 would get saved to the field. I need the numbers saved rather than the txt because adverts will be shown depending on where they live and its quicker to match on a number than text when doing the query.

If anyone can either make this hack or point me in the right direction, I'd be forever grateful.

There's a hack for this already. Search for it again. I've installed it and it works.

I've just searched again, still can't find it. Don't suppose you can remember what it was called can you?
