I'm trying to figure out how to set up a system where someone will have it so that there will be upgraded forum accounts where a user can pay to have the upgraded account through a transaction server. After the transaction is confirmed for vBulletin to automatically update them. I was thinking that it might be like a modified version of the members area setup at Vbulletin.com. Any ideas?

look a little down the thread list, and you will see a thread i started on the same issue...the only difference being that i know which 3rd party billing system i want to use.

I have the paypal payments already in place...the only problem with that is that if they cancel before the membership is up, it cuts them off when cancelled, not when expired...and thus, i sometimes have to put people back into upgrade status, and forget when they expire.......but i am still hopeful that someone will whip something up that will fix that....and perhaps both of us will get lucky and someone will respond to your request.
