Attachments per forum

I'd like to request a hack so that one of my forums is allowed to post attachments, while another is not.

Also, I would also like to have it so that one forum is allowed to post different types of attachments than the others.

Example:
Forum 1 is allowed to post GIF, JPG, PNG, and BMPs
Forum 2 is not allowed to post attachments
Forum 3 is allowed to post GIF, JPG, PNG, BMP, DOC, ZIP, RAR, PDF

If there is a way to configure this already in the Admin CP, I apologize.
