*gasping* Help! Who'll be the nicest person of the world?
 

I'm desparate and I know I should try to make this *shivers* story short. Our gkaddicts board is down, the only tech admin has quit a few weeks ago, the other doesn't know what to change or how since he hasn't got a connection to the Net at this moment. I am treasure; I can reach the cPanel... but that's it.
Other places I go for Support don't let me in for some dark reason; but fact is: we do need help!
Error is:

You'd have my sincere forever gratitude of you are willing to help me out: just I am Dutch and a big nono on this stuff. (I always believed I had paid vBullitin for help but apparantly they don't?)

Apparently you no longer have access to you database.
Concact you host and ask what is going on...

That's the part of the whole mess I am in right now: it doesn't accept the only one I have! (Have been trying that for the last 2/3 days)Something is REALLY messed up and I don't know whom to contact anymore but this site (which I am greatfull of it is here!)
If it's going to cost money (hopefully not too much but...) I need to get at the bottom of this mess! I don't even know it's NoMonthlyfees or vBulletin I need to ask!
