Bizzare happenings when editing a post
Ok
Ill try and explain this as best as I can. The pictures below should basically explain it Normal thread : http://www.vianet.net.au/~daren/vberror/freshpost.jpg But when I edit a post this happens : http://www.vianet.net.au/~daren/vberror/editedpost.jpg So can you see what is happening ? As soon as I edit a post it is bumping it up to the top of thread ! Can someone please give me a hand with getting this resolved ? |
Upload the original editpost.php file and see if the problem goes away. My guess is that the dateline field is being updated as well, which is not good.

Ok
I replaced editpost.php And all is good. Thanks Firefly :) Is anyone willing to have a look over my modified edit post and see if they can track down what was causing the error ? |
Thanks for the reply Firefly, greatly appreciated
:) Firefly has identified this as being caused by the More Functions in Edit Post if you are an Admin hack. What do I need to change in order to get this working ? |
If you use the newest version of my Edit Hack there shouldn't be any problems if you have implemented it correctly
