Quick and easy (save a newbies life) questions...
I just have two very basic questions that if someone could please answer for me I would then be able to go and die a happy man.
:dead: 1) When creating a new template, lets say it's called "forumhome_somescript", after I create it should it appear with the other Forum templates or is it OK that I am seeing it under Custom Templates? 2) What does this mean: "To call your vbMicroStats, simply place the string {getmicrostats} anywhere you want in your templates" Is the string simply {getmicrostats} or is it ${getmicrostats} or perhaps $getmicrostats? Which is the correct string? Please Help! Thank you very much in advace. |
when u create ANY new template it goes under Custom Templates and to ur 2nd question it's probably {getmicrostats} but I dunno so if that dont work try the others.

{getmicrostats} is a variable that is defined and replaced automatically by vbMicrostats hack. do not try the $, it will not work.
instead, place {getmicrostats} in your footer, and it will work fine, if you moded properly the necesary files. :) |
Thanks for the help you guys, and for the very nice Microstats hack Nakkid...
