backing up in Vbulletin CP

I went to a board that uses vBulletin and asked about backing up database. He wrote back and said theres an option that says "Back-up Database". but he's not sure how to restore it . Can you do this from the Admin CP? If not how can you.

No you cannot restore it from the Admin CP. If he needs help have him ask for support over at vbulletin.com.
